Breastfeeding Friendly Child Care Recognition
As an early childhood program, you provide children with support and guidance to help them learn and grow. You also play a critical role by supporting moms to achieve their breastfeeding goals, including moms you employ. By sharing your knowledge and support of breastfeeding families, you can help improve the health and well-being of the children in your care.
Child Care Health Consultation Network Hub
Since 2001, Healthy Child Care Colorado has served as the statewide hub for Child Care Health Consultation in Colorado by offering ongoing support, training, and resources for those medical professionals working in early childhood programs.
Pyramid Colorado Network Hub
We serve as the hub for Pyramid Colorado, the effort to expand implementation and advocacy of best practices and sound policies in social-emotional development and inclusion. The Pyramid Model is a framework of evidence-based practices for promoting young children’s healthy social and emotional development.
Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Network Hub
Since 2021, Healthy Child Care Colorado has served as Colorado’s Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Network Hub. We work on the local, state, and national levels to strengthen awareness and support for this unique and critical role.
