Healthy Child Care Colorado and its CCR&R partners are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization and CCR&R partners, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Upon request by a parent or guardian, we will provide a description of the specific types of personal information collected from a child who is under age 13.

Rating Cancellation Policy

Healthy Child Care Colorado requires a 10 percent non-refundable deposit at the time that a Rating is booked. In the event that a Rating must be cancelled, the remaining balance of the fee will be refunded (if already paid) or excused (if not yet paid), provided the Rating is cancelled before the start of the scheduled Observation Window. “Observation Window” is defined as the one-month period of time during which the observation of the classroom(s) to be rated is scheduled. Providers are reminded by Healthy Child Care Colorado staff about their observation window at least 6 weeks prior to the observation window. Fees paid for any ratings that are cancelled after the start of the Observation Window are not eligible for a refund.

Healthy Child Care Colorado and its contracted Child Care Resource and Referral partners are not child care providers and do not recommend child care providers. The names of child care and preschool programs listed on this site should be considered referrals only, not recommendations. We cannot warrant accuracy of program information, nor can we assure the quality of any child care or preschool program referred in this process.
