The Pyramid Summit provides an annual opportunity for Pyramid practitioners, at all levels, to come together for shared learning and storytelling, networking, resource sharing, and celebration. Everyone interested in or currently implementing the Pyramid Model is invited to the Pyramid Summit and Reception. At the Reception, mingle, visit our photo booth to take a picture with Tucker, and celebrate the 3rd annual Colorado Pyramid Model Champion Award recipient!
This year’s Summit theme, “Reflect, Relate, Rejuvenate,” signifies a milestone as the Pyramid Plus Approach is retired and the new Colorado Pyramid Model Training launches. “Reflect” invites us to consider the successes of the Pyramid Plus Approach, recognizing the impact it made on practices and communities. Reflection provides pause to look back on our journey, acknowledge lessons learned, and appreciate growth experienced. “Relate” emphasizes the importance of fostering deeper connections with fellow practitioners. By sharing stories, challenges, and triumphs, we build a supportive network and engage in meaningful conversations that highlight the collective wisdom and diverse experiences within our community. Finally, “Rejuvenate” is about embracing new beginnings with the launch of the Colorado Pyramid Model Training. It inspires us to revitalize our passion and enthusiasm for our work and discover new restorative strategies, tools, and resources that will invigorate our practice and inspire innovation.
Don’t miss the Reception, where you can mingle, visit our photo booth to take a picture with Tucker, and celebrate the 3rd Annual Colorado Pyramid Model Champion Award recipient!

Keynote: Directions for Reflection
This keynote will explore using reflection as a tool to direct professionals’ focus and choices so that they can become who they want to be and effectively accomplish what they want to achieve. Reflect to Respond, Relate to Inspire, and Rejuvenate for Resilience will be explored with practical reflective practices for each.
Reflect to Respond! We will explore the essential qualities and skills of expanding our individual capacity to respond rather than react to challenging circumstances or relationships. We will reflect on current or habitual perspectives, attitudes, and habits that either empower or limit our ability to cultivate hope and optimism and make mindful and meaningful choices.
Relate to Inspire! We will reflect on aligning who we want to be with how we are authentically being in the things we are currently doing. We will explore how we facilitate learning and influence change while ensuring we inspire, motivate, and include the people we work with and support.
Rejuvenate for Resilience! We will envision how to renew, regenerate, and invest in ourselves and others to be more resilient, buoyant, and adaptable on our journey. We will take time to acknowledge and celebrate our accomplishments and growth, and that of others, with acknowledgment.

Making It Work For Us: Two Stories of Implementation
Two large organizations have come together to share their experiences of implementing Pyramid when their needs don’t quite align with program-wide or community-wide standards. Join us for a conversation to learn more about the different aspects of implementation and to get ideas on how you can customize implementation strategies to suit your organization’s specific needs. We’d love to hear your stories, successes, and challenges, and provide a platform for people to ask questions, hear different perspectives, and start creating a personalized approach.

Together Toolbox: Building an Accessible Multimedia Social-Emotional Learning Program with Rocky Mountain PBS
Do you have a place in your heart for Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood or Reading Rainbow? Let’s learn together about what content, learning goals, and strategies inspire the current generation of children through media with your local PBS Station – Rocky Mountain PBS KIDS! Then join us at the cusp of a possible new adventure with Healthy Child Care Colorado and The Discovery Source to establish infrastructure for a statewide multimedia social and emotional learning (SEL) program based on the Pyramid Model. This user-centered and accessibility-focused program will support Colorado’s Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN) childcare providers to help them teach children ages 2–8 to regulate emotions, make new friends, and solve problems together. As practitioners and experts of the Pyramid Model, we would love your insights and feedback as we get started!
