Treasureland Preschool is a small, collaborative school that celebrates the joy of childhood and the power of learning through play. We believe in fostering curiosity, digging in the dirt with good friends, relationship-based early childhood learning, hands-on exploration as a conduit for children’s discovery of their world, and the incredible value of working together to support young children and their families. We are searching for a talented early childhood professional who shares our relationship-based approach to education and family partnerships, is committed to the inclusion of diverse perspectives, and will support, strengthen, and promote our joyful learning community.
Toddler teachers in our program plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities that promote inquiry, problem-solving, language development, and foster positive social interactions. All candidates should exhibit a true love for children and a passion for fostering their learning and development. Keen observational skills and the desire to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a co-teacher are critical.
To qualify, candidates must have either:
- BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification or Colorado Early Childhood
- PDIS Level 3 credential or higher
2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR OPENING
We are currently looking for one or two toddler teachers, Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 2 PM to begin mid-August 2023.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour contingent on experience and education
