Position Details:

Title: Teacher in Training
Starting Rate (no degree needed): $15/hour – with up to $3 bump in pay your first year as you grow in the field!
Starting Rate (with any degree): $17/hour – with up to $3 bump in pay your first year as you grow in the field!
Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday)
Location: Castle Rock, CO
Age Groups: Varies by classroom; includes infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
Regular Growth Milestones & $1/Hour Raises

The role requires no previous experience and starts at $15/hour or $17/hour with a degree. Throughout our training program, you can earn up to $3/hour in raises in your first year—with regular reviews and hitting clear, measurable goals, while growing your skills in Early Childhood Education!

✅ 90-Day Milestone — Additional $1/hour Raise – (with good attendance, learning basic classroom routines, and having a great attitude)

✅ 6-Month Milestone — Additional $1/hour Raise (with basic lesson planning skills)

✅ 1-Year Milestone — Additional $1/hour Raise (with consistent attendance, teamwork, and classroom growth)

What You’ll Do:

• Support lead teachers with routines, activities, diapering, meals, and classroom prep
• Engage meaningfully with children through play, stories, songs, and hands-on learning
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Attend staff training sessions and contribute to a positive team culture
• Learn and grow in your role with mentorship and support

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with a love for children and desire to build a career in early childhood education
• Punctual, dependable, flexible, and open to feedback
• At least 18 years old and able to pass all background checks
• GED or Highschool Diploma —- ALL College Degrees welcome!
• Willing to complete all required trainings and coursework (PDIS)
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
