Website Parent Possible
Stronger families, today & tomorrow.
Parent Possible equips parents with the tools and information to be their child’s most valuable teacher, trainer and mentor in life. We promote and oversee delivery of three proven parent engagement programs, providing access and support, ensuring efficacy and impact, advocating, and collaborating with partners across the state.
In the last several years, Parent Possible has achieved significant growth, both as an organization and in partnerships across the state. Our current budget has a robust portfolio that includes federal grants, foundation funds, and major donations that total $3.2M. We are well-positioned to continue to expand this portfolio through active solicitation, planned giving, and engaging partnerships across the early childhood space in Colorado. At the same time, we as an organization are committed to building a positive work environment that supports our team as whole people. This includes flexibility in work schedules, a learning-mindset culture, and a commitment to staff engagement.
We’re seeking a Development Director to join our team, oversee the organization’s ongoing expansion, and continue to grow our fundraising program. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in grants management, experience with targeted giving campaigns and board engagement, and enthusiasm for telling the story of our successes with partner sites and families all across Colorado.
