2022-2023 Classroom Support Teacher/Co-Teacher

Monday-Friday 7:30am – 3:30pm

This position starts ASAP. You will support our toddler, preschool, prekindergarten, and kindergarten classrooms as needed on a daily basis. This position is an opportunity to work with different age groups and get to know Paddington Station. Starting in mid-February, you will step into one of our prekindergartner classrooms as a co-teacher.

Requirements

  • BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification or Colorado Early Childhood

Preferred Qualifications

  •  PDIS Level 3 credential

Benefits

  • The annual salary is $37,700 and will be prorated for the period you worked.
  • Fully employer-paid benefits. Paddington pays 100% of medical, vision, dental, short-term disability, and life insurance for employees who work 24 hours or more per week (cost benefit to the employee is approximately $8700)

  • Retirement plan employer match of 3% of salary (eligible after one year of service and 1000 hours worked)

  • 9-month School Schedule with the option of working summer camp but paid over 12 months!
