School Age Enrichment Assistant Directors Needed!

ANNUAL SALARY $54,137 – $57,180

The Jefferson County (Jeffco) School Age Enrichment Program (school age child care) is now accepting resumes for the Assistant Director position of the before and after school program at a few Jeffco Public School Elementary Schools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning activities
  • Supervising staff and children
  • Assisting the site Director with the management of financials
  • Substituting for other SAE Directors or at other SAE sites as needed
  • Maintaining CDHS licensing rules and regulations

This is a full-time, benefitted position of 40 hours per week. Monthly compensation is based on education and experience, currently $4,511 – $4,764.

Shifts may vary but are generally 8 hours, Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. during the school year with straight shifts during full days and breaks, including the summer program.

To be considered for this position, applicants must be 21 years and meet one of the following criteria: a bachelor’s degree in education or related field; or 2 years of college and 6 months full-time experience (910+ hours) working with goups of 4 or more school-age children; or 3 years full-time experience (5,460+ hours) working with groups of 4 or more school-age children.
