Montessori Primary Lead Teacher

Join our Teaching Team to help grow our school at Echinacea Montessori School!
Echinacea Montessori School is looking for a 3/4-full time lead teacher to work with a small team of early childhood professionals, and share educational duties.  We are looking for a Montessori primary trained professional who is interested in working creatively and collaboratively to support and grow our program.

Experience 

• At least 2 years of Montessori Lead Guide experience
• Qualifications-Montessori Primary Training is required.  A viable candidate must have completed or be currently enrolled in a Montessori training program.
• Spanish Proficiency is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of the business of running a preschool is preferred but not required.
• Because we work with young children, some of them medically compromised, we require that all staff be vaccinated, including COVID vaccinations along with Current First Aid and CPR training.
• School administration experience preferred but not required.

Hours & Benefits 

This is a 3/4 – full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience with a range of 55-64k with full benefits (FT or a percentage) including medical, dental, paid time off, and 401K.
