2 Assistant Preschool Teachers: must have ECE 101 (Introduction to ECE) , ECE 103 (Guidance Strategies for Children) , ECE 111 (Infant & Toddler Theory & Practice, or EQITC, Expanding Quality Infant & Toddler Care certificate), or an Early Childhood Teacher Certificate (ECT) , (formally group leader) or a Level I Credential from Colorado Shines
