If the answer is ‘Yes!’ – we invite you to consider becoming the Assistant Director at Bright Lights, a newly remodeled 3-classroom non-profit Early Learning Center in the West City Park neighborhood, a short ride away from Downtown Denver. Catering to infants and children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years old, we espouse a wholesome approach towards education where we incorporate a Reggio-inspired and values-based curriculum drawn from traditional Jewish values. Our philosophy of education also prioritizes supporting childrens’ developmentally appropriate growth, learning, independence and life-skills.

We are looking to hire in June for a full time 40-hour/week salary position that will commence in mid-June in preparation for the  first day of school on August 14th 2024.

As our Assistant Director you will be overseeing administration, enrollment, billing and marketing in addition to licensing compliance and systemization of daily and weekly tasks with some elements related to fundraising, graphic design and community outreach. You will be responsible to manage tasks using our online management platform. There will also be an expectation that you will be qualified to step into the classroom to support teachers with brief breaks on an as-needed basis.
