Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and hardworking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team to provide high quality, naturalistic applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy with young children with autism or another diagnosed need.
As an RBT at Bal Swan Children’s Center, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting the social-emotional growth of children, and helping children develop independence in their natural settings. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how to blend ABA principles with relationship-based, play-based, whole-child approaches to provide services that feel good for the child, family, and the providers.
Apart from ongoing ABA support, RBTs at Bal Swan will gain access to additional training in the Pyramid Plus Approach to education, PLAY Project techniques, Handle with Care Behavior Management System, and more.
