Family Engagement in the Early Childhood Classroom and Outdoor Environment

May 4 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Free

Partnering with families is a critical component of success in early childhood education. But how do you truly create equal and effective partnerships that support child development and school success? What does it look like to engage families both the indoor classroom and the outdoor learning environment? In this 1.5 hour webinar, we will talk about the importance of family engagement in the early childhood field, and learn strategies on how to create equal partnerships between families and providers. Participants will also have time to explore ways that they can incorporate family engagement in outdoor play and learning.

This training is offered as a part of Early Childhood Health Outdoors (ECHO).

“Family Engagement in the Early Childhood Classroom and Outdoor Environment” is a 1.5 hour training.  Certificates will be issued for the training.
