Cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a common viral infection you may have never heard of. However, a person who acquires CMV during pregnancy can pass it to their baby. Congenital CMV can impact the newborn leading to hearing loss and other serious health outcomes.

Learn about how you can reduce your risk and your children’s risk of acquiring CMV if you are pregnant or may become pregnant.
