Welcoming Pyramid Facilitator Certification Cohort 2!

Oct 20, 2022 | What's New?

Healthy Child Care Colorado is proud to congratulate the second cohort of Pyramid Colorado Facilitator Candidates on completing their 3-day Certification Institute! The 25 Candidates of Cohort 2 are embarking on a professional journey that concludes in June 2023 and will prepare them to:

  1. Deliver Pyramid training
  2. Utilize TPOT and / or TPITOS as fidelity tools
  3. Provide Pyramid Model practice-based coaching – both individual and group coaching
  4. Support program-wide Pyramid implementation and more

Pyramid Certification is a 10-month-long intentional professional development pathway. It is designed to support professionals in improving and supporting the capacity of state systems, communities, and local programs that implement the Pyramid Model.

This certification will prepare 25 Candidates from 9 different counties in Colorado to deliver Pyramid Model training, utilize observation tools, and provide coaching on Pyramid practices. They will support program leadership teams and build relationships with other Pyramid practitioners across the state.

Additionally, this cohort is helping HCCC to finalize processes in the new and refreshed certification program by sharing their experiences from their varied roles and settings. We are honored to have the opportunity to work with each Candidate and their community! Watch their video!
